mixed experience, some issues with the bed

uncomfortable bed two mini beds

the location proved acceptable for getting around.

I booked a king bed, but i received two small beds pushed together. These separated during the night, frustrating. a comfortable bed is a basic expectation, and this hotel failed to provide it.

excellent service thorough clean

The staff provided excellent service. The cleaning staff maintained a thorough clean each day, something I appreciated. The hotel provided a lovely pool and sauna. I found many Asian restaurants nearby.

The water pressure was quite low, which affected the shower experience.

speedy check-in super clean room convenient machine

the check-in was fast, and i got early access to my room since it was all set! the room and the shower area were super clean. i really liked having a coffee machine right there in the room too.

the breakfast selection could use a little boost.

The location was decent. A metro station was nearby.

The room i booked was supposed to be a beautiful double room with a balcony. the balcony was more of a small ledge. I couldn't even sit out there. also, the mini-bar wasn't complimentary. I thought that was a standard amenity these days!

the breakfast had various breads and cheeses available. i found the orange juice tasted particularly great.

the minibar had nothing inside besides a champagne bottle.

The room was a Classic Double or Twin Room, very clean and well-kept. I found the location to be central, within easy walking distance of several metro stations.

The lift was occasionally slow.
